**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Part Time Pharmacy Technician/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
* Clarifying orders as needed.
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to general inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and order details.
* Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong background in customer service and technical support.
* LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
* Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Great telephone etiquette and communication skills.
* Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
