timely and effective support to customers through social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn * Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior support team members * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers * Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer support processes and strategies * Work closely with the social media team to develop and implement social media content calendars, engage with customers, and monitor social media metrics **What You'll Bring** * 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a social media or e-commerce environment * Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and social media management tools * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
