Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch support to our customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals who share our passion for excellence. **Job Summary** As a Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Chat Support & Content Editor, you'll play a critical role in improving our AI-powered customer support system. You'll be responsible for editing and expanding automated responses in Tawk AI and Apollo, uploading relevant forms, and working closely with managers to ensure every response is revised for the best possible answer.
