Our purpose is to provide unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion and commitment to excellence. **The Job** As an Experienced Guest Support Specialist (Customer Service), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their experience with careerzynith is nothing short of amazing. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing unequaled customer service via phone, email, and live chat * Assisting guests in booking and other process navigation, including transfers and cancellations * Management of various inboxes to assign non-customer emails to appropriate team members * Manage employee travel * Respond to social media comments in coordination with the marketing team * Educating guests on photo trip experiences, exciting, delighting, and recommending the best trip for each individual * Handling challenging guest situations with poise and professionalism **Key Qualifications** * 2+ years of customer service experience in the outdoor adventure travel industry * Strong knowledge of photography and understanding of lenses, camera bodies, and equipment * Self-starting attitude, ability to manage your own time, and start projects and take initiative * Proven problem solver with the ability to think ahead and juggle multiple projects simultaneously * Insane attention to detail and high standards of organizational quality * Positive, flexible, solution-oriented, and excited to work with a diverse team * Mature, coachable, and happy doing high-level projects as well as mundane tasks * Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) **Benefits** * Competitive compensation with bonus potential * Two Weeks Paid Time Off plus flexible schedule allowing for additional time off * Opportunities to join in on trips to see what we're all about! * Health Insurance Equivalent Payments * 401(k) matching * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Work from home **Work Environment** As a remote team, we need someone who's adaptable and able to work independently.
