About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Representative to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. You will work closely with our local and global HR teams to resolve employee issues in a timely manner, leveraging your expertise in Workday transactions and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Accuracy of Employee Data: You will be responsible for controlling employee structures and processes to ensure the accuracy of employee data.
- Support HR Applications and Processes: You will assist with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work.
- Research and Implement New Tools and Strategies: You will have the opportunity to research new equipment and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work throughout our Talent organization.
- Develop and Maintain HR Knowledge Base: You will help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees.
- Assist with New Employee Services: You will assist with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services, from pre-employment to offboarding.
- Perform System and Testing Audits: You will perform system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, analyzing and recording results and discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Workday HCM Tool Expertise: You must have demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool.
- Mass Uploads (EIB) Experience: You must have demonstrated experience with Mass Uploads (EIB).
- Project Management, Communication, and Customer Service Skills: You must have demonstrated project management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Analytical Skills: You must have strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You must be able to resolve problems using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex issues.
- Education and Experience: A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus.
- Zendesk Experience: Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus.
