* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer feedback.
* Collaborating with other teams, such as Operations and Product, to resolve complex issues and improve our services.
* Identifying and reporting trends and patterns in customer inquiries, providing valuable insights to inform our customer service processes.
* Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes, working closely with our Customer Service Manager to implement changes and enhancements.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proficiency in using computers and relevant software, including our CRM system and other tools.
* Experience with customer service is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right candidate!
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
* Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus, but not required.
