Job Summary
careerzynith is seeking an experienced Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online communication, and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. Requirements

- High school diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
