You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient processes, and exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Assemble and reconcile reports, utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word * Perform various clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other tasks as assigned * Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange * Utilize industry software to perform data entry and other tasks * Other duties as assigned by the management team **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment * 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various departments * Experience in recycling would be beneficial, but not necessary **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its applications and features * Experience working in a remote environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline **Physical Demands** * Ability to organize various office systems, including adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management * Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation * Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time **Work Environment and Culture** * careerzynith is a remote-friendly company, with a flexible and autonomous work environment * Our team is passionate about collaboration, creativity, and innovation, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision * We offer a range of benefits, including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance **Compensation and Benefits** * $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance * Opportunity for career growth and professional development **Schedule** * 8 hour shift, with flexibility to work remotely * Ability to commute or relocate to Chicago, IL 60608, with a focus on reliability and punctuality **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and organized individual with a passion for administrative work, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
