Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in a temporary remote position. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will help solve problems, answer questions, and provide information to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. While working with customers, you will be expected to provide outstanding support and assistance. This is an ongoing temporary position where the hours can vary from part-time to up to 40 hours/week during peak times, and any hours worked will be between Monday – Friday, between 8am – 5pm, Eastern Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment and solve customer issues regarding employee benefits.
- Research problems and process documents to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.

Essential Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client support.
- Strong typing and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll, with a strong understanding of related concepts and principles.
- Call center experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
