Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Direct Care Specialist (Account Manager / Data Entry) to join our team at careerzynith. This unique position will play a vital role in linking our Customer Service departments and other departments within the company, providing customers with a single point of contact to reduce transferring calls from department to department. As a Direct Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting with various tasks across multiple departments, including:
- Answering inbound calls and emails from customers and technicians, providing timely and effective support
- Placing alarm systems on test to ensure seamless operation
- Updating data information from clients in multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Assisting with account setup and programming, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new customers
- Selling products and ordering requested items from customers, promoting and marketing our services and products
- Performing other duties assigned by the Operations Manager, as needed
Key Responsibilities
As a Direct Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in multiple systems
* Assisting with account setup and programming, ensuring a seamless onboarding process
* Selling products and ordering requested items from customers, promoting and marketing our services and products
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Performing other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise emails and letters
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry and management
* Data Entry experience is a must, with the ability to accurately and efficiently update records in multiple systems
* The ability to answer multi-line phone systems within 3 rings, with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* The ability to multitask and manage various software systems, with a high level of organization and attention to detail
* The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Medical Terminology is helpful, but not required
Additional Information
This is a Part-Time (30 hours) position, with the opportunity to work from home. As a 1099 employee, you'll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. The hourly rate for this position is $15/hour.
