**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices about requests for information on medication and benefits
* Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to the appropriate team member
* Adhering to and reinforcing careerzynith and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
* Other duties as assigned
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to careerzynith members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices
* Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Adhere to and reinforce careerzynith and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member inquiries
* Stay up-to-date on careerzynith policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informed responses to member inquiries
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* 1 year of customer service experience
* Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
**Nice-to-haves**
* Call center experience
* Call center experience in the Healthcare industry
* Work from home (remote) experience
* Fluency in Spanish
