**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Promptly recognizing and addressing internal and external customers' needs
* Providing friendly, courteous, and professional service in person or over the phone
* Resolving customer issues with minimal supervision and following up in a timely manner
* Handling payments, financing, and refunds within company guidelines
* Maintaining accurate records using available technology
* Executing clerical service functions, including scheduling, routing, finalizing, and parts ordering

**Essential Qualifications**
