**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, including greeting them, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have
* Processing transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing voids and discounts
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and ensuring that the store is well-merchandised
* Assisting with pharmacy operations, including processing prescriptions, handling patient information, and maintaining accurate records
* Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
* Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and make sound decisions
* Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a point-of-sale system and other software applications
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
* PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through our assigned PTCB training program
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience working with a retail point-of-sale system
* Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management
* Familiarity with pharmacy operations and procedures
* Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
