Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, input, and support claimant profiles in the pharmacy network, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Coordinate and liaise with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure that all medication benefits are assigned accurately in multiple systems.
- Support client needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Manage and update client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adjust to changing processes and needs of various clients, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
- Answer questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on any topic related to the claimant's current or previous medications, providing clear and concise information.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in computer software skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear and concise writing, and strong telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle and manage significant email and phone communications, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients.
Preferred Qualifications
