We are committed to fostering a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Processing documents electronically with high accuracy and efficiency * Making outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits, to ensure seamless communication * Processing claims in a timely and accurate manner * Receiving, processing, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients * Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing * Sorting, imaging, and archiving documents, files, and records by form type * Identifying documents and their purpose, creating a database of information * Classifying documents based on contract requirements * Verifying data from automated data extraction tools * Ensuring transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level **Position Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalency * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and other relevant software * A secure workspace with high-speed internet * The ability to pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 wpm * The ability to sit for long periods and work overtime if needed * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Strong data entry skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Availability to work weekends and holidays if required **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need: * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) * Ability to work with a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office and Teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Careerzynith, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
