**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team in Killeen, Texas. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, processing sales, loans, and extensions, and performing various store duties. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Process sales, loans, and extensions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
* Perform opening and closing store duties, including counting cash, balancing the register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment

* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, and electronics
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service, cashier, or retail experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

* Knowledge of commonly pawned items, sales background, bilingual skills, and other relevant experience a plus
