**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Coordinator, Customer Relations, you'll be responsible for providing support to customers and field partners for all careerzynith brand stores in North America through multiple interactive channels of communication. This will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels
* Managing unique, complex, or escalated customer issues, using multiple sources of information to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
* Determining solutions independently, thinking creatively, and implementing rapid solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer calls related to Risk Management or Social Responsibility
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
* Staying up-to-date on careerzynith products and services to provide accurate information to customers
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced and complex environment
