**Job Description**
As an Experienced Security Guard - Data Entry Officer, you'll serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, carrying out safety and security procedures, and responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in various environments and conditions
* Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure effective service delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including data entry and incident reports
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
* Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
* Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
* Possess a valid driver's license for driving positions only
* Meet licensing requirements as per state and/or local laws and regulations
