**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Analyst to lead our Labor Force Activities Work Execution team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving work-related concerns from the field, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and providing strategic recommendations to our leadership team. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to analyze and resolve work-related concerns from the field
* Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify opportunities for process improvements
* Develop and implement solutions to improve work execution and communication with stores
* Build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Provide regular reports to Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors)
* Travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and conduct site visits
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job (e.g., business, operations, or logistics)
* 3 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in a retail or field-based environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and project management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and process improvement
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a similar role or in a related field, such as ASDS or store operations
* Strong quantitative skills, including experience with data analysis and statistical software
* Experience leading high-performing teams and providing strategic recommendations to leadership
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement
