Job Description:
• Partner with employees and management to design, communicate and oversee and ensure compliance with the company and human resources federal, state, policies & procedures
• Support all aspects of employee experience
• Act as the initial point of contact for all employee relations issues or concerns
• Provide monthly metrics pertaining to headcount, turnover, performance management
• Assist with the recruitment, interview, and onboarding process
• Maintain and coordinate employee development
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations to the management team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Human Resources preferred)
• 3+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience in multi-unit retail environment and or Shared Services Center of Excellence required
• Experience influencing senior leaders around HR matters
• HRIS system experience and knowledge required
• Workday and Service Now required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
