About The Role
The Financial Specialist is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across the organization. In a private equity–backed environment, this role plays a critical part in driving data-informed decision-making, enhancing financial performance, and supporting value creation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical rigor, business acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting with high visibility to senior leadership and investors.
What You'll Do
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Prepare and deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and improve financial outcomes
Support preparation of board materials and investor reporting packages
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and insights to support executive decision-making
Collaborate with department leaders to develop budgets and track performance against targets
Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field (PE-backed or high-growth environment preferred)
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CFA a plus)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and performance-driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems preferred
