Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Float Patient Care Coordinator to join our
team at Shady Grove Fertility in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This position will
provide primary support to our Sandy Springs location, with occasional travel to
other locations as needed, including Buckhead, Marietta, and Alpharetta.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time; Shift
start and end times may vary while maintaining a standard 40-hour work week;
Partial remote work may be available after six months of employment,
contingent upon successful completion of the probationary period

Responsibilities
• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
• Provide pre and post op education
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
• Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved
• Support and promote excellence in customer service
Requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required.
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
