Fractional CFO - Cross-Channel Partner

Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Fractional CFO – Cross-Channel Partner at Sell What Sells™. The Fractional CFO will serve as a strategic finance partner to multiple client accounts, translating cross-channel performance data into clear financial strategies, forecasts, and action plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and refining financial models, reviewing and interpreting financial statements, and developing projections that connect marketing, sales, and operations to profit and cash flow. The role will involve leading client-facing financial review meetings, advising on budgeting and capital allocation across channels, and identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve return on investment. The Fractional CFO will also help standardize reporting frameworks, improve decision-making processes, and collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure financial insights are translated into operational execution. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in strategic financial leadership in a fractional, consulting, or executive role. • Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including scenario modeling, forecasting, and cash flow management. • Ability to prepare, interpret, and present Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for stakeholders at various levels. • Advanced Analytical Skills, including comfort working with cross-channel performance data and unit economics to guide resource allocation. • Experience partnering with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align channel performance with financial outcomes. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, practical language. • Proficiency with financial modeling tools and spreadsheets; experience with analytics or BI platforms is a plus. • Prior experience in high-growth, digital, or multi-channel business environments is strongly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple client relationships, and meet deadlines consistently.
