What You’ll Do
• Build and grow a book of carriers — cold calling, outreach, and relationship building is part of the job
• Source and book freight via DAT, Truckstop, and direct broker relationships
• Negotiate rates — hard. Every load matters.
• Monitor carrier compliance: insurance expirations, carrier packets, broker requirements
• Handle documentation end-to-end: rate cons, BOLs, check calls, PODs
• Log everything through the CLD9 platform — it’s built for dispatchers, not against them
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of freight dispatching or logistics coordination experience — required
• You know DAT and Truckstop like the back of your hand
• You can negotiate a rate without flinching
• You understand compliance — and why it’s the difference between a carrier that runs and one that gets shut down
• You’re self-managed, hungry, and don’t need hand-holding
• Reliable home office setup: internet, phone, computer
This is a remote freight logistics role — for people who are serious about it.
Compensation
• Up to 50% commission split per load dispatched — no cap, no ceiling
• The more you build, the more you earn. Simple.
• 1099 independent contractor
