Position Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. This role manages the front desk, answers phones, directs visitors, and provides clerical support to facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phones courteously, direct calls, and take accurate messages.
• Welcome and direct visitors, vendors, and applicants; maintain visitor log.
• Provide accurate information to residents, families, and staff as requested.
• Sort and distribute mail, packages, and messages promptly.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and data entry.
• Support survey readiness through professional conduct and accurate records.

Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
