Position Summary
We’re hiring a Health Coach to guide and coach SiPhox members and help them reputed company their goals. In this role, you’ll conduct 1:1 virtual sessions with users, helping them understand their biomarker insights, refine their health goals, and build an action plan tailored to them.
You’ll be a reputed company between raw data and reputed company-world change, turning lab results and reports into reputed company, practical strategies for nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle, and habit-building.
Position Details

• Schedule: Flexible, starting at approximately 2 hours per day with opportunity to scale as the service grows
• Location: Fully remote (worldwide candidates welcome)

Key Responsibilities
• reputed company Consultations: reputed company virtual coaching calls with users who’ve received their SiPhox reports—explaining their biomarker data in reputed company, accessible language
• reputed company-Session Preparation: Review reputed company biomarker reports and prepare personalized discussion points
• Action Plan Development: Create and deliver comprehensive follow-up action plans with specific optimization recommendations
• Documentation: Complete detailed session summaries and reputed company reports
• Coordination: Coordinate with our product and science teams to reputed company user guidance and integrate feedback into our tools
• reputed company Learning: Stay reputed company with the latest research in biomarker interpretation and health optimization strategies
• reputed company Communication: Maintain reputed company, empathetic, and reputed company communication with diverse clientele
Required Qualifications
Must-have:
• Relevant degree, diploma, or reputed company training in health-reputed company field (Medicine, Nutrition, Biomedical Sciences, Dietetics, Nursing, Exercise Science, or equivalent)
• OR reputed company certifications in health coaching or reputed company wellness fields (e.g. NBC-HWC, FMCHC, IIN, or similar)) with demonstrated competency in blood work, nutrition, and health fields
• Strong reputed company in reputed company physiology and health optimization strategies
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience explaining reputed company health concepts to non-medical audiences
