We run a real estate coaching business pivoting to productized system installs. Our white-labeled GHL platform (Fox360) is the core delivery layer — every coaching client gets onboarded onto it with custom workflows, pipelines, and lead generation systems.
We need a technical implementer to take build work off the founder's plate so he can focus on strategy and client delivery. This is not a client-facing support role — clients have HighLevel's 24/7 agency support for platform questions. Your job is to execute the builds and projects behind the scenes.
What you'd do (8-12 hrs/week to start, room to grow):
Build and deploy client sub-accounts from our master Fox360 snapshot
Customize workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, and landing pages per client
Maintain and improve the master Fox360 snapshot over time
Execute delegated technical projects (new automations, integrations, custom builds)
Document repeatable processes as templates and SOPs
Occasional Fox360-specific questions that fall outside HighLevel's generic platform support
Required:
2+ years hands-on inside GoHighLevel
US-based, native or near-native English
Strong written communication for async work
Comfortable with snapshots, workflows with triggers/webhooks, A2P 10DLC registration, domain/email setup
Reliable execution on schedule — this role rewards getting things done without hand-holding
Nice to have:
Experience building or customizing snapshots from scratch
Zapier / Make experience
B2C or real estate industry context (not required — work is technical)
Logistics:
1099 contractor, hourly via Upwork
$30-45/hr depending on experience
Start ASAP — product launch in ~30 days
Long-term role if fit is right
To apply:
Start your message with the word "Snapdragon"
In 2-3 sentences, tell me what you'd do if a client's contacts weren't getting tagged when they submitted a form
How many GHL sub-accounts have you worked in over the past 12 months?
