ABOUT THE ROLE

As our GTM Operations / Automation Specialist, you will be the architect of our digital sales and marketing funnel. You will be responsible for identifying every manual bottleneck in our current Go-To-Market process and replacing it with a scalable, automated workflow. Your primary focus is to ensure that every lead captured (via webinars, ads, or partnerships) flows instantly into HubSpot: where it is enriched, scored, and assigned to the right team member without human intervention. This is a technical, execution-heavy role that reports to the Chief Business Officer.
