At K1x, we are transforming the tax software landscape with cutting-edge technology designed to simplify and streamline complex tax processes. Our AI-powered solutions help businesses and tax professionals reduce administrative burdens and ensure compliance with ease. We are committed to delivering a world-class customer experience through innovative, AI-driven support, helping our clients resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

The Role

As a GTM Operations Engineer at K1x, you will architect and build the AI-powered automation that runs underneath our entire go-to-market engine. This is a builder’s role with a commercial mandate. You will design and ship the agents, workflows, and integrations that carry a customer from first touch through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal, and you will make that motion measurable for the teams who own revenue.

It sits at the intersection of AI engineering, business operations, and customer value. Your center of gravity is the post-sale lifecycle: the adoption, engagement, and value realization motions that turn a new customer into a growing one, with some of the automation reaching up-funnel into marketing operations where the systems connect. You own the technical architecture for the automated workflows, agent orchestration, and cross-functional process automation that let K1x’s commercial teams run at scale.

This is ideal for someone technically sophisticated and process-oriented who would rather remove a manual process than document it. You will work across AI orchestration tools, workflow platforms, and data systems to take real work off the table, measured by business outcomes rather than features shipped.
