SUITSME is a femtech company founded in Kyiv, Ukraine, dedicated to developing digital products that enhance women's mental well-being. Our flagship product, the SUITSME fashion game, launched in late 2021 and has already garnered over 16 million installs. In 2023, we introduced FABU, a mood journal, which is now rapidly scaling.
We are a fast-growing digital company led by industry experts in technology, fashion, and gaming. We are looking for a Head of Product to join our team, champion data-driven decision-making, and ensure exceptional engagement, retention, virality, and monetization across our products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Define and align the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our existing products.
- Design innovative features to drive key metrics like early retention, long-term engagement, and monetization.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary product team (Analyst, Product Manager, UI/UX Designers, Content Manager).
- Maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog and oversee its delivery.
- Collaborate across departments to solve challenges, provide feedback, and meet product goals.
- Establish and monitor product-specific metrics to evaluate outcomes.
- Foster a strong product-oriented culture across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years in a Product Manager or Head of Product role, preferably in an international environment.
- A track record of measurable achievements in product development.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and business-oriented management skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Experience in the gaming industry.

Ваші обов'язки:
- Визначати та узгоджувати бачення, стратегію та дорожню карту для існуючих продуктів.
- Розробляти інноваційні функції, спрямовані на покращення ключових метрик, таких як раннє утримання, довгострокова залученість і монетизація.
- Керувати крос-функціональною продуктовою командою (аналітик, продакт-менеджер, UI/UX-дизайнери, контент-менеджер).
- Забезпечувати прозорість та пріоритезацію беклогу продукту.
- Співпрацювати з іншими командами для вирішення проблем і досягнення цілей продукту.
- Встановлювати та відстежувати метрики для оцінки результативності продукту.
- Розвивати продуктову культуру у компанії.
Наші очікування
- Досвід: Щонайменше 5 років на посаді Product Manager або Head of Product, бажано в міжнародних компаніях;
- Досягнення: Успішний досвід розробки продуктів із підтвердженими результатами;
- Навички: Високий рівень аналітичних, управлінських та бізнес-орієнтованих навичок;
- Мова: Володіння англійською мовою на рівні Upper-Intermediate або вище;
- Додатково: Досвід роботи у сфері ігор буде перевагою.
