Health Policy & Management — AI Content Specialist About The Role Your public health expertise is more valuable than ever — and not just in traditional settings. We're looking for Masters-level public health professionals to help shape how AI understands and communicates health policy, epidemiology, and population health. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your domain knowledge directly influences AI systems used by millions of people. • Organization: Alignerr • Type: Hourly Contract • Location: Remote • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do • Design Complex Health Scenarios — Create advanced public health problems involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials • Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that draw on peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines from bodies like the CDC and WHO • Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, and adherence to ethical standards; flag misinformation and logical gaps in the model's reasoning • Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured feedback that helps models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate risk appropriately, and serve diverse populations equitably Who You Are • Hold a Masters in Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or closely related graduate degree • Have strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy • Can translate complex health data into clear, culturally sensitive, and actionable written content • Are detail-oriented when verifying statistical significance, citations, and the logic of health interventions • No prior AI experience required — your public health expertise is what matters Nice to Have • Experience with data annotation, quality review, or evaluation systems • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata • Background in health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health surveillance Why Join Us • Work directly with cutting-edge Large Language Models from leading AI research labs • Fully remote and asynchronous — work on your own schedule • Freelance flexibility: high autonomy, global collaboration, and meaningful impact • Contribute to AI systems that get public health information right — at scale • Potential for ongoing contract renewals and expanded project involvement
