We deliver same-week availability, transparent pricing, and flexible coverage models that make it easy for facilities to get the psychiatric support they need without hiring full-time staff.
Role Description
This is a commission-only, remote contractor role focused on introducing MoodClinics to Arizona healthcare facilities that may benefit from psychiatric telehealth services.
You are not recruiting clinicians.
You are simply identifying facilities that need psychiatric coverage and arranging a brief introductory meeting between the facility director and MoodClinics’ Director, Hughes Mohlie, PMHNP-BC.
MoodClinics handles all clinical work, follow-up, agreements, and onboarding.
You only make introductions and schedule the call.
What You’ll Do
• Identify Arizona, California, Nevada healthcare facilities that need psychiatric telehealth coverage
• Confirm interest using a brief screening script
• Arrange an intro meeting using our Calendly link
• Provide basic information about MoodClinics (we give you a script and PDF)
• Only refer facilities that pass our interest + readiness criteria
What You Will NOT Do
• You do not recruit psychiatrists or NPs
• You do not manage staffing or onboarding
• You do not negotiate contracts
• You do not perform sales presentations
• You do not manage EHRs, PHI, or clinical communication
Your job is only the introduction.
Compensation
$500 per facility that signs a service agreement with MoodClinics
• Paid immediately after contract execution

Ideal for People With:
• Healthcare facility contacts or relationships
• Experience in healthcare operations, admissions, staffing, intake, BD, or admin
• Experience as a recruiter, community liaison, or healthcare connector
• Comfort with basic outreach via phone, email, or LinkedIn
• Strong communication and professional follow-through
Requirements
• Must live in the United States
• Familiarity with Arizona, California, Nevada healthcare systems preferred
• Basic understanding of behavioral health is helpful
• Professional demeanor and reliable communication
• Comfortable with telehealth-only model
• Ability to work independently
