Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a Help Desk Technician for a full-time, in-office position for our client, a leading provider of Managed IT Services located in Brunswick, Maine. The Help Desk Technician will play a vital, front-line role in delivering technical support to end users across various clients. The Help Desk Technician ensures timely problem resolution, clear communication, and effective documentation.
