Role Description
The GTM Engineer sits at the intersection of revenue operations, AI engineering, and go-to-market systems. You will design, build, and operationalize AI-powered agents and workflow automation that directly accelerate our sales and revenue teams. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of Juniper Square’s GTM transformation – you will own the architecture and execution of systems that fundamentally change how our reps work.
What you’ll do
• Design and build AI-powered GTM agents that automate deal intelligence, rep coaching, communication drafting, and opportunity scoring across the full sales cycle.
• Translate GTM processes and business requirements into working technical systems – you bridge the gap between what the revenue team needs and what the technology can do.
• Architect and maintain the data infrastructure that feeds GTM systems, including folder structures, file pipelines, and data feeds organized by sales manager and deal context.
• Build and maintain integrations across core GTM tools including Salesforce, Clay, and Gong.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing Ops to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation that reduces manual work and improves data quality.
• Own the development of reusable skills and agents that allow the broader team to self-serve QBR generation, forecasting, and deal review without manual preparation.
• Establish governance and access patterns for GTM data, particularly around Salesforce, ensuring security and scalability as connector access expands.
• Partner with the GTM engineering team as it scales, contributing to standards, documentation, and repeatable build patterns.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in a technical revenue operations, sales systems engineering, or GTM engineering role.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks – you have shipped real AI-powered tools, not just experimented with them.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce – data model, APIs, reporting, and permissions.
• Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and workflow automation platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to take a business process and translate it into a working technical system with minimal hand-holding.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where the roadmap evolves and ownership is broad.
• Strong written and verbal communication – you can explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and document your work clearly.
Requirements
• Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-use frameworks for LLMs.
• Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment.
• Experience building QBR automation, pipeline dashboards, or deal review tooling.

• Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family.
• Life insurance.
• Mental wellness coverage.
• Fertility and growing family support.
• Flex Time Off in addition to company-paid holidays.
• Paid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement leave policies.
