Independent Travel Advisor (Remote)

About the Role We are seeking entrepreneurial, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Independent Travel Advisors. As an Independent Travel Advisor, you will work directly with clients to plan, coordinate, and book customized travel experiences while providing exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities - Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets. - Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation packages. - Create customized travel itineraries tailored to individual client needs. - Manage travel bookings, reservations, modifications, and cancellations. - Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Provide ongoing travel support before, during, and after client trips. - Market travel services through networking, referrals, social media, and other business development activities. - Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation. Qualifications - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Passion for travel and creating memorable client experiences. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests. - Comfortable using online tools, email, and booking platforms. - Sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel industry experience is helpful but not required. - Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
