The Personal Injury Sales Agent converts prospective clients into Berry Law clients by delivering a white-glove intake and consultation experience, building trust quickly, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role ensures injured clients feel heard, respected, and confident that Berry Law will fight for them during one of the most challenging times in their lives.
Key Outcomes (Accountabilities)
1. Revenue & Conversion Performance
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets while consistently converting qualified personal injury leads into retained clients. Maintain disciplined follow-up to maximize every conversion opportunity.
Success Metrics:
Conversion rate targets met or exceeded
Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved
Lead-to-client conversion velocity
2. Client Experience Excellence
Deliver a white-glove intake experience that reflects Berry Law's commitment to serving injured clients with compassion and urgency. Every interaction should leave clients feeling valued, understood, and confident in their decision to work with Berry Law.

Client satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS)
Professional communication quality across phone, email, and text
Positive feedback and testimonials from prospective and retained clients
First-call resolution rate and intake completion speed
3. Lead Management & CRM Discipline
Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all client interactions and sales activity to ensure a strong and reliable sales pipeline. Treat the CRM as the single source of truth for client relationships.
Success Metrics:
100% documentation of interactions in CRM within 24 hours
Timely follow-up on inbound and outbound leads (within SLA)
Accurate pipeline management and forecasting
Lead response time and follow-up cadence adherence
4. Sales Process Execution
Execute Berry Law's proven personal injury sales process with precision while continuously improving through coaching, training, and self-assessment. Master the art of consultative selling that prioritizes client needs during vulnerable moments.
Success Metrics:
Adherence to sales scripts and consultation structure
Demonstrated improvement through coaching sessions
Active participation in sales training and development programs
Call quality scores and peer review feedback
5. Medical & Case Assessment Acumen
Quickly assess the viability and value of personal injury cases by understanding medical terminology, injury types, treatment protocols, and insurance considerations. Identify high-value cases and red flags efficiently.

Accuracy in case qualification and assessment
Ability to ask relevant medical and treatment questions
Understanding of injury severity and long-term implications
Effective communication with clients about medical aspects of their case

Ideal Candidate Background
Required:
Proven success in sales or other competitive, performance-driven environments
Comfortable working with sales metrics, KPIs, and performance targets
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strongly Preferred (Medical/Healthcare/Insurance Background):
Experience in personal injury, medical treatment, healthcare, insurance, or related fields
Background as medical assistant, nurse, EMT, paramedic, or healthcare professional
Experience in insurance claims, medical billing, or case management
Prior work in chiropractic offices, physical therapy clinics, or medical practices
Experience in workers' compensation, disability claims, or health insurance
Background in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare administration
Also Preferred:
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clio, etc.)
Prior intake, legal sales, or client-facing sales experience in personal injury law
Background in consultative or solution-based selling
Experience in high-stakes or emotionally sensitive client interactions
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) a plus
Work Environment
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some flexibility for urgent client needs)
Location: In-office or remote opportunities available depending on performance and tenure
Culture: Fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment with a collaborative team culture focused on winning and serving injured clients
Team Structure: Report to Sales Manager; collaborate closely with PI intake coordinators, attorneys, and marketing team
