The Role
We're looking for a driven, high-energy Inside Sales Rep/Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary mission is to generate qualified appointments from inbound leads, call-ins, aged leads, rehash opportunities, and proactive follow-up activity. This is a phone-first role built for someone who loves the chase, can handle objections without flinching, and knows how to turn a conversation into a committed appointment. You'll work closely with our outside sales team, feeding them high-quality, fully qualified demos. Your success is measured — and rewarded — by the results you drive.

What You'll Do
Work inbound leads, call-ins, aged leads, and rehash campaigns every day
Convert web form submissions, phone inquiries, and follow-up opportunities into qualified, confirmed appointments
Execute fast speed-to-lead — responding to new leads immediately and consistently
Handle objections with confidence and bring conversations back on track
Maintain clean CRM records and disciplined follow-up on every open opportunity
Hit daily activity expectations: dials, appointments set, talk time, and sit-rate goals
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and high show rates
Participate in ongoing coaching, call review, and process improvement

Experience & Qualifications
1+ year of phone sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or call center experience preferred
Experience with inbound leads, aged leads, and rehash campaigns is a plus
Comfortable working with CRM tools, softphones, calendar systems, and AI texting platforms
Proven track record hitting activity and conversion targets
Home improvement, home services, or construction industry experience is a bonus, not required

Compensation & Earnings
Structure: Commission-based with a small hourly base
OTE: $60,000–$80,000/year (good faith estimate based on performance)
