This is a hybrid role combining client intake, lead conversion, and community marketing. If you love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about serving the Latino community, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and conduct thorough client intakes, screening potential cases before presenting them to an attorney for review • Consult with prospective clients who call for free consultations and guide them through the process of signing with the firm • Represent the firm at community events, health fairs, churches, cultural events, and other gatherings in the Latino community — particularly in Queens and surrounding areas • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, contractors, labor groups, and referral sources in the Ecuadorian and broader Latino community • Film and coordinate client video testimonials for use in the firm's marketing • Assist with social media content, outreach materials, and other marketing initiatives in both English and Spanish • Maintain accurate intake records and follow up with potential clients Requirements • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish — written and spoken fluency required (Spanish spoken in the Ecuadorian/Latin American community is a strong plus) • Prior experience in legal intake, sales, client relations, community outreach, or marketing • Comfortable and confident on camera and in public-facing roles • Strong phone presence — you can build rapport quickly and close a consultation • Knowledge of or willingness to learn New York Labor Law, construction accident cases, and the personal injury intake process • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently at our Corona, Queens satellite office as needed • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States — we are unable to sponsor visas or provide off-the-books employment. Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9) is required. Benefits • 401(k) • Bonus based on performance • Competitive salary • Health insurance • Paid time off
