CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.
We are looking for a Content & Website Operations Intern who is keen to build a long-term career in marketing and gain hands-on exposure to website implementation, content updates, and marketing operations. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys structured work and wants to understand how marketing teams operate day to day. You will work closely with the product and marketing teams on CMS platforms like Strapi and WordPress, supporting website and blog updates while contributing to ongoing content marketing initiatives.
Please note this is a full-time internship for 3 months
Responsibilities
Support website updates and content implementation using Strapi
Upload, publish, and manage blog content on WordPress
Ensure content accuracy, formatting consistency, and timely publishing
Use AI to repurpose content and support marketing operations efficiently
Assist with execution-focused marketing and operational tasks across campaigns
Maintain and organize documentation, trackers, and content repositories as required
Collaborate with product and marketing team members to execute planned activities
Qualifications and Prerequisites
Recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
Strong attention to detail and willingness to work on execution-heavy operational tasks
Familiarity with WordPress or CMS tools (Strapi exposure is a plus, not mandatory)
Strong written communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Dependable, proactive, and quick to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows
Genuine interest in digital marketing, product marketing or content operations
