About the role
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Internal Sales Advisor to join our growing Planstin Individual team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping people navigate healthcare options while building a rewarding sales career with significant earning potential.
The Internal Sales Advisor will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager of Planstin Individual and play a key role in helping individuals and families enroll in healthcare membership products that fit their unique needs.
This position is based in-office in St. George, Utah.
What you'll do
• Educate prospective members on Planstin's suite of individual products through consultative sales conversations.
• Build trust-based relationships with individuals and families seeking affordable healthcare solutions.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities while maintaining a consistent pipeline of prospective members.
• Guide prospective individuals through the enrollment process from initial consultation through successful activation.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and membership enrollment goals.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of Planstin's individual products and related services.
• Accurately document interactions and sales activity within the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Stay current on industry trends, healthcare solutions, and consumer healthcare needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Active Life and Health Insurance License required.
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, benefits, or consultative sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain healthcare and benefit concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology.
• Passion for helping individuals and families improve access to healthcare.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling individual health insurance, healthcare memberships, or related products.
• Experience with virtual sales and phone-based consultations.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Background in healthcare navigation, enrollment services, or member support.
• Full-cycle sales experience preferred.
Planstin's Employee Benefits:
• Compensation: $75,000 base annual salary, with the opportunity to earn monthly production-based bonuses and on-target earnings (OTE) of $125,000+ through performance incentives and commissions.

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 125,000 USD per year(STG)
