About the position:

The International Partnerships Managersits onthe teamresponsible for generating a consistent flow of qualified B2B2C leads that AMO’s sales team converts into clinical experience bookings. You will build and manage a portfolio of B2B2C partnerships with international medical schools, education agents, healthcare institutions, and related organizations abroad — contracting these partners to authorize AMO to manage webinars, student recruitment campaigns, and marketing plans on their behalf. The success of this role is measured by the volume and quality of B2B2C leads delivered into the sales pipeline.

You will own the full lifecycle of each partner account: identifying and qualifying high-potential institutions, closing partnership agreements, and then activating those partnerships to produce qualified student leads. Your work blends outbound sales, account management, and demand generation — using webinars, presentations, and joint marketing to move partner students from awareness to qualified lead status, where AMO’s sales team takes over to convert them into booked clinical experiences. Occasional international and domestic travel may berequired.

While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates to be residents of Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Texas, or Wisconsin.
