Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the incumbent resolves customer demands as relates to invoicing, and customer accounts
Invoicing:
Quality assurance of sales orders/projects/contracts for billing accuracy.
Troubleshooting with operations/sales/client on invoicing corrections/credits.
Invoicing sales orders in a timely manner.
Customer Accounts
Respond to customer inquiries within established SLA times.
Resolution / escalation of client cases.
Handle delivery of monthly account statements.
Data management of account information – D365/Salesforce.
Level of education: Post-secondary education preferable, i,e, University equivalent.
Work experience: 2-3 years invoicing experiencing
1-2 years experience in an office environment and accounting practices.
Requested skills:
MS Office suite – Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook.
ERP experience - Dynamics 365 and R2.
CRM experience – Salesforce.
Experience working remotely is required.
Bilingual – English required.
