Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable IT Specialist to support the organization’s technology needs. The role involves maintaining IT systems, providing technical assistance to users, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and applications
Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently
Assist in managing user accounts, access, and permissions
Support system updates, backups, and basic security maintenance
Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner
Maintain documentation of IT processes and assets
Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel or vendors when needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Experience in helpdesk or technical support roles
Basic knowledge of networking and IT security principles
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems
Willingness to learn new technologies
