Position Summary
We are expanding our virtual travel services team and are currently seeking organized, client-focused individuals to join us as Itinerary Coordination Specialists. In this remote role, you'll help travelers manage trip details, oversee itinerary organization, and assist with reservation coordination to help create a smooth and well-prepared travel experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, organization, and supporting clients in a flexible work-from-home environment. Core Responsibilities
Work with clients to review vacation preferences, schedules, and travel requests
Assist with coordinating hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
Research travel availability and compare options using approved supplier platforms and booking systems
Organize itinerary schedules, confirmations, and reservation records
Provide responsive assistance through phone, email, and online messaging channels
Support booking modifications, travel updates, and follow-up communication as needed
Maintain accurate client profiles and organized planning documentation within internal systems
Stay updated on destination news, supplier promotions, and travel industry updates
Attend virtual onboarding sessions, workshops, and ongoing training programs
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with email platforms, online tools, and basic computer systems
Reliable internet access and professional communication habits
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
Must be at least 18 years old
