Job Description:
• Financial Modeling & Pro Forma Development
• Review, modify, and enhance existing pro forma financial templates
• Ensure models are accurate, flexible, and aligned with business assumptions
• Support scenario analysis and financial forecasting for strategic decision-making
• Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Record day-to-day financial transactions in the general ledger
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are balanced
• Support payroll processing and related statutory obligations
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist in month-end close
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external auditors/accountants as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
• Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
