Key Responsibilities Design and develop cutting-edge STEM curriculum for K-12 levels, focusing on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Lead a team of curriculum specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and project management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality educational materials. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical soundness. Create engaging and interactive learning activities, assessments, and digital resources that cater to diverse learning styles. Conduct thorough research on educational best practices and emerging trends in STEM education to inform curriculum design. Review and revise existing curriculum to incorporate new standards, technologies, and feedback. Develop training materials and conduct workshops for educators on the effective implementation of the new curriculum in Jacksonville classrooms. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope and schedule. Requirements Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, STEM field, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role within the Education & Teaching sector. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful STEM programs for K-12 students. Expertise in instructional design principles, learning theories, and assessment strategies. Strong understanding of national and state educational standards relevant to Florida . Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in educational technology tools and learning management systems. Experience working with diverse student populations and a commitment to equity in education.
