Requirements Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, STEM field, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role within the Education & Teaching sector. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful STEM programs for K-12 students. Expertise in instructional design principles, learning theories, and assessment strategies. Strong understanding of national and state educational standards relevant to Florida . Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in educational technology tools and learning management systems. Experience working with diverse student populations and a commitment to equity in education.
