About the Role
Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher to spearhead our Early Childhood Education program. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an engaging, developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum for a remote learning environment. Lead, mentor, and provide professional development for a team of remote early childhood educators. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating virtual learning environment for young children. Create a variety of age-appropriate learning activities and resources that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Establish and maintain strong, positive communication channels with parents and guardians. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and development, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with educational specialists and support staff as needed. Stay current with best practices and research in early childhood education and remote learning. Develop and manage program resources and materials effectively. Lead parent education workshops and engagement initiatives. Oversee daily operations of the remote early childhood program, ensuring smooth delivery. Champion the use of technology to enhance learning and engagement for young children. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven experience developing and implementing early childhood curricula. Demonstrated understanding of child development theories and best practices in early learning. Experience with virtual teaching or managing remote educational programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in educational technologies and platforms suitable for young children. Ability to create engaging online content and activities for preschoolers and young children. Strong organizational and time management skills.
