A Day in the Life:
The LMS Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for the company’s Learning Management System (Learning Connection). This role focuses on maintaining routine system tasks and course information, serving as a primary contact for learners.
This position is remote. The salary range for this position is starting at $45,000.
What You’ll Do:
Process learner rosters ensuring accuracy of participant data
Monitor and respond to questions in the LMS inbox in a timely manner
Maintain the Global Learning course library and archive
Generate and distribute standard reports as requested
Follow established processes and guidelines for all LMS tasks
Build assignments in the LMS based on provided criteria, as needed
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years’ experience working with Learning Management Systems, specifically Cornerstone OnDemand, preferred
Dependable; ability to follow-through
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Results driven; ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work the schedule of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time)
