Role Overview
Join Divine Mercy Behavioral Health Center as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in a remote capacity. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate care and support to patients within our hospice center, ensuring their emotional and psychological needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
