Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ unique needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring each patient's journey is understood and respected. • Employ evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. • Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups that encourage community building and shared experiences among patients facing similar challenges. • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordination of care and optimized treatment approaches. • Provide crisis intervention services effectively, ensuring support and stabilization for patients during mental health emergencies. • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, promoting awareness and self-advocacy. • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently. • Stay abreast of current research and developments within the therapy field, integrating new insights into practice to enhance clinical effectiveness. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals from varying socio-economic backgrounds and cultural identities. Therapists will engage with clients of all ages who seek assistance for a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. This role allows you to have a meaningful impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues, providing the tools and support they need to improve their day-to-day functioning and quality of life. Qualifications • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. • Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington. • Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment and treatment planning, with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices. • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. • Clinical experience delivering both individual and group therapy across varied demographics. • Proficient in the usage of EHR systems and other digital communication tools necessary for remote therapy delivery. • Strong adherence to professional ethics, confidentiality, and best practices in patient care. Preferred Experience • A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting. • Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is highly desirable. • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment interventions for a variety of mental health disorders. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
